Instructor, Black Belt Sensei Lily was born and raised right here in Los Angeles. Her background in Shotokan is complemented by black belts in both Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do, as well as experience with a number of weapons, including the fan! A graduate of USC with degrees in Art History and Philosophy, Sensei Lily also enjoys reading comic books and cycling around town. But don't let her calm smile fool you -- she's always ready to challenge our students to a kiai contest!

Instructor, Black Belt Sensei Oscar Born in San Francisco raised in Oakland where he began his martial arts training at the young age of 10. He received his black belt at age 16 around the same time he started teaching and was considered a favorite to both students and parents. He then went on to become State and USTU National champion in Creative Forms competition. He enjoys teaching because of the positive energy, which he feels is very important to have in life. When he is not teaching, he likes to work on his acting craft, and career.
