Karate Kitties is a Parent and Me Karate program for children ages 1 ½ – 3 ½, with a focus on motor skill development, social interaction, and parent-child bonding. Of course, Dads and Nannies are welcome, too! 🙂
This program is modeled after the successful age-appropriate format taught at Karate Kids for over 30 years. It has been further modified by Dawn Barnes, founder and Chief Instructor of Karate Kids, based on the advice of Meghan Atwater, a licensed preschool teacher. Our on-staff clinical child psychologist, Dr. Bruce Rush, has monitored and given professional input on each level of the curriculum as well.
